GAIA Converter is showcasing its portfolio of high-reliability power solutions designed for harsh and mission-critical environments at Embedded World. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore several new product releases, together with a wide range of power solutions with proven applications in defence and military, aerospace and avionics, and rugged industrial and embedded applications.
New products on display will include the HGMM-350 family of non-isolated AC/DC power-factor-corrected modules. The series delivers high-reliability AC/DC performance for demanding aerospace and military applications, ensuring clean, regulated power that meets the stringent harmonic distortion and transient requirements of DO-160, MIL-STD-704, and ABD100 standards.
The company will also display the MGDM-500/P, which provides a parallel option to its MGDM500 series. This new feature optimises the scalability of the power architecture, allowing users to reach 3kW of power while maintaining high efficiency and reliability.
Other new product introductions at the show include the PSDG-48, a fully integrated COTS multi-output 48W isolated power supply board-mount module dedicated to 24VDC and 28VDC military and high-reliability applications, and the MGDS300S, which extends the output power and output voltage range of the MGDS family of high-density, wide-input DC-DC converters.
The show will also act as a platform for the Gaia Converter GRD Series of configurable, military-grade COTS power supplies. Product highlights include the GRD-12, a fully configurable reference design board based on the latest generation of its COTS modules. Capable of delivering up to 120W across three main output channels and two auxiliary channels, the board is intended to demonstrate the applicability and performance of converters from the MGDD series.
The GRD-40 designates a full family of 400W low-profile military-grade COTS power supplies. The board includes EMI filters, reverse-polarity protection, an inrush current limiter, and an input surge limiter. Meanwhile, the GRD-50 series of scalable 500W integrated power supplies will also be on display, illustrating how COTS board power supplies optimised for 24VDC and 28VDC input systems can deliver robust performance, ease of integration, and accelerated deployment for defence and aerospace manufacturers.
"GAIA Converter specialises in high-reliability modular power solutions for defence, aerospace, and extreme-environment industrial applications," says Christian Jonglas, technical support manager at GAIA Converter. "The Embedded World event provides the perfect platform to showcase how our products combine industry-leading power density with field-proven durability in mission-critical deployments."
