Now available through Powell Electronics is ITT Cannon’s Veam MOVE-MOD modular connector series, an innovative connector series developed to deliver outstanding flexibility, performance, and ease of use for modern power, signal, and data connectivity. Built around a versatile snap-in modular architecture, the devices permit engineers to configure a variety of contact layouts within a single connector, enabling the seamless transmission of power, signal, and data through one streamlined interface. This high level of modularity minimises component requirements, reduces installation time, and simplifies system design.

A major advantage of the series is its ultra-secure bayonet coupling mechanism, which includes a secondary locking feature to ensure connection integrity even in the harshest environments. The connectors are IP67 rated for environmental sealing and employ a durable circular form factor that reduces weight while maximising space efficiency. The series also supports straightforward, toolless assembly and installation, allowing rapid deployment and reduced maintenance effort in the field.

Engineered for demanding applications, Veam MOVE-MOD connectors are ideal for use in rail systems, off-road and speciality vehicles, energy and power distribution equipment, and factory automation environments. The series is available with RoHS-compliant ruggedised plating options, including the Blue Generation (T240) and Black Hard Anodised (T89) finishes, providing long-term durability and corrosion resistance for critical operating conditions.
